Domestic Violence Restraining Orders

Many are affected by the issue of Domestic Violence.  Domestic Violence is a pattern of behaviors used by one partner to maintain power and control over another partner in an intimate relationship.

Our office can assist you in taking steps to obtain a Domestic Violence Restraining Order for you and your family. 

Marital Settlement Agreements / 
Divorce Judgments

Once you and your spouse resolve all marital issues or the parties agree to proceed as a uncontested divorce matter, then a Marital Settlement Agreement or Stipulated Judgment can be prepared.  The judgment will detail all the terms of the divorce including the division of assets and debts including any division of retirement and/or pensions, child custody, child support, child visitation, and spousal support.
